the ROSACEA SUPPORT SESSION

Feeling overwhelmed by your rosacea journey and wanting to talk to someone who truly understands?

This 60-minute one-on-one session is a space to unpack your experience with someone who has spent years navigating their own rosacea journey and learning what truly supports their skin and nervous system.

Together we'll explore:

• Your rosacea history and symptoms
• What you've tried so far
• What's helped and what hasn't
• Where you feel stuck or overwhelmed
• Potential blind spots or areas that may be worth exploring

From there, I'll share what I'm noticing from an outside perspective, drawing on my own rosacea journey and everything I've learned along the way. This may include insights into the nervous system, the emotional patterns that can contribute to ongoing activation, and practical tools, resources, and approaches that have been helpful throughout my own journey.

We'll explore a different way of relating to your symptoms, with greater awareness of what your skin may be communicating and what it may be asking for.

This is not a medical consultation or treatment. Rather, it's a conversation designed to bring perspective, insight, and support to your rosacea journey.
